What happens when different corners of the Arabic music scene meet in the studio? “Benadeek,” the latest collaboration between Egyptian-Italian artist Lella Fadda, Moroccan rapper Inkonnu and Soufiane Az, offers one answer. Released on October 22, 2026, as part of Red Bull Mazzika Salonat Season 7, the track brings together distinct artistic identities for a cross-border musical exchange.
Born in Milan and raised in Cairo, Lella Fadda is a singer, songwriter, rapper and actress whose sound moves between alternative hip-hop, experimental pop and industrial influences. Since emerging in 2020, she has developed a distinctive approach to Arabic-language music, pairing unconventional production with introspective songwriting.
Her work often explores personal experiences, emotional vulnerability and womanhood, while challenging expectations surrounding female artists in the Arab music industry. In 2025, she released her debut album, MAGNÜN, further establishing her presence within Egypt’s alternative music scene.
Now, “Benadeek” offers a new entry point into her musical universe for Moroccan listeners. By collaborating with Inkonnu, one of Morocco’s recognisable rap voices, alongside Soufiane Az, Fadda becomes part of a meeting between artists bringing different backgrounds and approaches to contemporary Arabic music.
The track was created for Red Bull Mazzika Salonat, a format that brings artists from different musical backgrounds together to write, compose and record an original song from scratch in just six hours. In its seventh season, the series continues to create space for unexpected collaborations and new musical connections.
